kids, kids, kids...

We had Destiny's three kids here this morning, and add my 2 rugrats.......I thought it might be a bit chaotic in the house, but it went really well.... Cohen and Destiny's baby played so nice together. I was keeping her busy when I realized I had all these pretty headbands laying around.... so I put a 'pretty' on her baby and she looked way too cute to not take her picture... so here it is Dest! I'll print one out for you too!

I had so much fun with Cohen this afternoon and took so many pictures of Cohen in this bunny suit! This is the one I bought at the one and only, Anne Geddes store!!! I will be posting more of him like this later in the week. My kids are back to school tomorrow after being home all week for spring break, so watch for daily posts, THE summer booking announcement, and a GREAT NEW contest!!!

Baby Mum Mums!

Found a few in a box at the back of my pantry today and Cohen was LOVING them all over again! Now that he has 4 teeth he sure does love to chomp on everything and anything! His looks have changed again in the last few weeks... he's moving more so he lost some chub, and gained a few teeth...... he also discovered the fun of making everyone laugh. He's got a few tricks up his sleeves, one of which is a big huge toothy grin!

Happy {GREEN} day a day late...

I had good intentions of taking photos of my kids sporting their green clothes for St.Patrick's day....but one thing happened after another and I didn't get anything fabulous. I'm still going to post a few of what I did take, because I am determined to update my blog daily or every other day :) I love Cohen's eyes in this first one, and I don't normally like b&w as much as color....but this one seems to work.


I told her to give me some 'tude...........and I got this....

And since I don't have any green beer to share, I took this.....

..........and there's my messy house, if you look carefully you'll see a little boy wearring a green t-shirt that says "Not lucky... but cute" ;)

But Cohen wanted nothing to do with it.........lol. Nice long drool hanging from his mouth.....I'll try again tomorrow! Color or b&w? I definately prefer my pictures in color.........I'm not much of a b&w fan, what do you prefer?

Sharing a few from Phoenix...

I was fortunate enough to attend a workshop in Phoenix last weekend, featuring some AMAZING Photographers!!! I enjoyed it *SO* much and learned tons while there :) I also met photographers from all over the U.S.A and Canada and a few from the UK! Some of these friends I have been chatting online with for 5yrs, so it was very cool to meet them 'in real life'. We were a very small group which was broken down into smaller groups throughout the weekend, which was a perfect way to really get a hands on learning experience. We shot a family in the dessert as well as a Grad student and couple.....{The couple was not a real couple, but many suspect they would become one after their photo shoot, the 2 of them had SO much chemistry!} Here are a few pictures from the first day =)

Color?

I can't wait for winter to be over and done with so I can take my kids outside for fun and for pictures!!! In the meantime I am trying to learn how to get a good picture in studio. Here's one of Avery today........and I'm not sure if I like it better in color or not? Let me know what you think! =)

Glitter isn't all it's cracked up to be!

........ask Cohen! Seconds after sucking on a glue stick full of blue glitter he was spitting and using his fingers to try and get the glitter off his tongue! It was hilarious, and I had to grab a quick snap shot of this...........He is officially into EVERYTHING now!
