Beautiful Fall Colors

I had so much fun spending the afternoon with Tenille and her family out at the lake. The fall colors were out in full force......and they were GORGEOUS! Her kids are adorable.... sharing one now so you can see the colors!

Taking A Break

Anybody who knows me, knows how much I love Photography, and how much I love sharing my passion with others. This week Jaden started kindergarten and there was a huge realization in my house. I can't squeeze anymore hours into a day. It's time that I face a reality that I've been hiding from for the last few months. I will not be booking any more sessions. I hope that in the new year we'll have adjusted to the many changes and I can open my doors for business once again. My family needs some time to adjust to our move, and adjust to a school routine, as well my baby is only 4months old. If I had to work, I would. But we are fortunate that we can live on Rene's income alone. Don't think you won't see my carrying my camera, because I am not letting that baby go.....but I won't be able to offer sessions until further notice. I appreciate all my past customers, and all the wonderful families that I get to work with this month. I will be fulfilling all booked sessions. Doing the HAPPY dance!

I'm so happy that after struggling with Telus for 3 hours on the phone last week (from my vehicle parked in the Extra Foods parking lot, with all my kids!)about how important it was for me to get a phone.......for personal and business reasons, I finally got hooked up today!!!! I have felt so out of the loop, and tired of playing email tag with customers for the last few weeks! Friends, Family, Customers.........you can now reach me, Rene, Jaden, Avery or Cohen (although he can only giggle right now) at our new Plamondon phone number: 780-798-3642

Moved and getting settled in :)

It was all part of our five year plan, and amazingly enough... all our dreams came true when we found out a month ago that Rene could get a job in our home town. It's been a month of crazy busy, and unorganization, but also full of excitement and enjoyment as we made the transition from Whitecourt, AB to Plamondon, AB. The boxes are not all unpacked, but we are getting there! I am completing the last few details for my website, and am back to work. There are 2 more openings for the month of September, so if you would like to book a session, please email me at photographybyadrienne@hotmail.com or phone my cell # which is 780-404-3384. Because Telus is such a wonderful company (grrrrrrrrr) we will only have a land line phone at the end of September, unless I can somehow manage to convince them that I need one sooner ;) At that point, I will share the number here! Blushing Bride!

We are so happy to be able to officially call this beautiful lady, sister in law and Aunty! Although she has been part of the family for a few years now, the ring is now on her finger! :)

Nat and Dorien got married over the weekend and everything was perfect!

Because Cohen was so little, it wouldn't have been fair to commit to photographing their wedding and I really did enjoy being able to watch them get married with my own eyes and not through my camera lens :) OF COURSE I had to take a few however, and I love how this one turned out!

Big Sis, little brother

Everytime I change Cohen, his big sister Avery appears out of nowhere...she is great at talking to him and keeping him content while I hurry to get the job done. Small moment, worth capturing :)
